Digital purchases
PlanMemo AI is a digital service providing 12 months of personal access. The access period starts when the license code is activated.
Refund requests
To request help with a refund, email support@planmemoai.com and include the email used for the purchase and, where available, the order reference.
Payment platforms
Where a purchase is processed by FastSpring or another payment platform or marketplace, refunds are also handled under the applicable terms of the platform that processed the transaction.
Consumer rights
Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected, including any applicable withdrawal or refund rights for digital services and content.
Fraud and abuse
Requests may be reviewed to prevent fraud, abusive chargebacks or unauthorised use.
