Service
PlanMemo AI helps organise appointments and reminders through written input, a voice assistant, calendar and email.
Minimum age
You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
Account
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify us of unauthorised access.
Check the information
Artificial intelligence may make mistakes. Before saving, check the title, date, time and category.
Reminders
The service is provided with reasonable care, but email delivery may also depend on connectivity, email providers, spam filters, devices and external services.
Prohibited use
You may not use PlanMemo AI for illegal, abusive or fraudulent activity, to disrupt the service or access another user’s account.
Emergencies
PlanMemo AI is not an emergency service and must not be the only system used for urgent medical care, personal safety or critical deadlines.
Purchases
Purchases may be processed by FastSpring or other payment platforms or marketplaces. Payment, billing, taxes, refunds and withdrawal are also governed by the terms of the platform processing the transaction and applicable law.
Availability
Maintenance, security updates and reliability changes may be performed when necessary.
Deletion
You may request support or account deletion at support@planmemoai.com.
Liability
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. To the extent permitted by law, R&V Digital is not responsible for incorrect user data, misuse or external services outside its control.
